The flotilla campaigners have initiated an indefinite hunger strike.
They say they started the hunger strike in protest against the detention of Palestinian activists by Israeli authorities. During this protest, they demand the immediate release of all political prisoners.
One of the organizers stated, “We will continue this hunger strike until our demands are met.” They also warned that if their plea is ignored, they are prepared to escalate their protest further.
