RIYADH : Al Nassr has cemented its place in the history books, becoming the first team in Saudi Pro League history to win their opening 10 matches of a season. The record-breaking feat was achieved on Saturday with a dominant 3-0 victory over Al Okhdood.
With this 10th consecutive victory, Al Nassr has officially surpassed the previous record of nine straight wins held by Al Hilal since the 2018-2019 season. In a poetic twist, the previous record was set under Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus during his time at Al Hilal—the same man who now leads this record-shattering Al Nassr squad.
The historic evening was headlined by Cristiano Ronaldo, who found the net twice in the first half. Al Nassr now sits comfortably at the top of the table with a perfect 30 points, maintaining a four-point cushion over their nearest rivals, Al Hilal.

João Félix seals the 3-0 win with a late stoppage-time strike.
Following the mid-season break for the Arab Cup in Qatar, Al Nassr has shown no signs of slowing down, looking every bit the favorites to clinch the title this season.
