Darwin, 28 December: As 2026 begins, OTT giant Netflix is set to deliver a packed slate of entertainment. From the very start of January, the platform will welcome a host of new films, highly anticipated new seasons of popular series, and gripping thrillers.
Among the most awaited releases is the fourth season of the hit drama series Bridgerton. The first part of Season 4 will premiere on January 29, while viewers will have to wait until February 26 for the second part.
Another major highlight is the psychological thriller series His & Hers, set to release on January 8. Based on Alice Feeney’s bestselling murder mystery novel, the series revolves around a detective and a journalist. A mysterious murder brings the estranged couple back together, unfolding a tense and intriguing narrative.
Netflix is also catering to fans of classic films. Popular titles such as Pitch Perfect, Dune, and Ghostbusters: Answer the Call are being added to the platform. For younger audiences, Despicable Me and its sequel will be available from the very first day of January.
